This picture shows gel stage and another soap approaching gel stage. This occurred less than an hour after pouring and lasted about two hours. These were olive, palm, coconut & macadamia soaps done CP (lye and oils about 45 degrees C). They weren't covered or insulated - ambient temp was about 28 degrees C at pour and I didn't think it was necessary - so far so good!
