NAME's Soap Recipe
Agnihotra-Chi by Ersilia Vitale
I am so glad there was this chance for a Zen theme, because that got me creative into making something from the
many things I liken to a state of Zen: to be in harmony within, to achieve balance between the soul, mind and body.
To raise one's vibration. To resonate and harmonise with others, and outer such as the elements of air, and of earth.
To be aware but totally relaxed. ...my list is endless....
To raise one's vibration is very rewarding....and now to raise the vibration of 40 odd pieces of soap....easy peasy ... .I put them on my Chi-Generator, which also subjected them to orgone energy. I also placed an environmental harmoniser between headphones while playing music on alternative hours. The EH was used to assist clearing earth energies and creating a more harmonious atmosphere. Yep, the soaps got zapped! Also, I alternated between zen music and playing a sound program called "swept clear". The use of ghee and agnihotra ash in this soap, was used, as in Homa Therapy, for external applications. It is also said that wherever agnihotra ash is sprinkled, it changes any discordant energy, into positive vibes. Bush flower essences can be used in soap, as the vibrations of the essences are not affected by heat, as well, not only are they suitable for the physical body, they do have their place in therapy of other bodies. I chose these 2 for their action on the specific subtle body of: (a) Boab - Mental, Astral and Etheric (b) Bush Fuchsia - Causal and Etheric.
Base Ingredients
- 1270 g Olive Pomace oil (46.70%)
- 502 g Palm oil (18.40%)
- 406 g Coconut oil (14.90%)
- 373 g Ghee* (clarified butter) (13.70%)
- 170 g Rice Bran oil (6.20%)
- 1650 g Water
- 1200 g NaOH (5% superfat)
Additives
- 14 g Organic Mandarin peel (dried & pulverised)
- 3 g Agnihotra ash (pulverised & filtered)
- 15 drops Bush Fuchsia flower essence
- 15 drops Boab flower essence
Scented with
- 10 g Mandarin essential oil
- 6 g Peppermint (India) essential oil
- 5 g Bourbon Peppermint essential oil
- 5 g Nerolina essential oil
- 2 g *Spirit of Woman blend essential oil
- 2 g Lemon essential oil
Method/Notes
Lye and water mixture made in advance by 24 hours. EO's and FE's allowed to soak in the peel and ash in advance by 24 hours. Coconut, ghee and palm were melted and added to room temp olive and rice bran oil. Lye water added to base oils/fats and stick blended to light trace. Additives & scents were stick blended into the lightly traced raw soap prior to pouring into mould. It was during the curing stage, that the soaps were imbued with the vibrations of the music and sound program as played through the Chi Generator and the Environmental Harmoniser. The colour of the soap is solely derived from the combination of the above ingredients.
The overall scent has been kept deliberately light, and just so that it didnt dissappear entirely is why I choose
to add the mandarin peel.
I apologise in advance for the somewhat parmesan cheese aroma, to which i will have to
levy my wet soap noodle limply at the ghee. After the first lather up, it should no longer be evident or just lightly so.
NB* Sap value of ghee is 0.1619.
*Spirit of Woman is a blend of essential oils of Ylang Ylang, Rose Geranium, Rosewood, Rose, Peru Balsam and Palmarosa.
