Here's my recipe developed completely anew especially for ISS6.

Inspired by summer days of daydreaming beside beautiful ocean and swimming amidst mineral rich seaweed covered rocks.

Sea Fish (an 8lb batch approx)

  • 1360.8g (48oz) freshly collected sea water
  • 489g (16.89oz) lye
  • 2721.6g (96oz) cert. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 680.4g (24oz)  cert. organic coconut oil
  • 226.8g (8oz) cert. organic palm oil
  • 90g (3.17oz) seaweed (gathered fresh, dried then ground)
  • 45g (1.58oz) steam distilled rosemary EO
  • 45g (1.58oz) liquid chlorophyll
  • Ground pumice (collected at the beach, smashed up then ground in blender)
  1. Dissolved lye in seawater - water remained cloudy after 15 to 20 mins stirring - didn't clear the same as rainwater.
  2. Water cooled to between 90 - 100C
  3. Oils warmed to between 125 - 130C
  4. Then water added to oils.
  5. Hand stirred 15 mins.
  6. Stick blended 1 - 2 mins.
  7. Added seaweed.
  8. Stick blended till light trace.
  9. Added rosemary EO and chlorophyll.
  10. Further hand stir & stick blend till well traced.
  11. Poured into moulds.
  12. Topped with grated pumice.

Take care and all the best, Anihera :O)
