From this pocket of our cosmos comes a soap that reflects the old mineral spa that was popular in the late 30s-early 40s. Bon Aqua Spa was known world-wide and frequented by many of the upper-class, the old-timers around here say. A part of the old hotel still stands on the hill above the spring that fed the spa. Many people of the county I live in still come to fill their water jugs from the spring.
The water I used in my soap is filtered water from the spring. The blue comes from a derivative of indigo. It is from El Salvador, South America.

The Soap Naturally Swap project and all the soap recipes for soap swaps held between 2000 and 2005, are made available thanks to the invaluable help of Helen Brosche (HTML formatting, Web editing) and Shelley Bordeleau, of Bordeleau's Bubbles, (general co-ordination, supervision, editing, HTML).
