Rosanne's Jungle Fever
Rosanne's Jungle Fever
This is an all natural soap with the green colour obtained through the use of chlorophyll.
The Amazon Jungle is my most favourite place on earth. The soap was supposed to be swirled
but the swirl did not really work out. The colours were too similar.
Colour A
90gr Rapeseed Oil
225gr Coconut Oil
450gr Olive Oil
90gr Palm Oil
45gr Sesame Oil
46gr EO Mix
25gr Sodium Lactate
127gr NaOH
100gr Aloe Juice
200gr Water
Colour B
90gr Rapeseed Oil
225gr Coconut Oil
450gr Olive Oil
90gr Palm Oil
45gr Sesame Oil
46gr EO Mix
25gr Sodium Lactate
127gr NaOH
200gr Chlorophyll
100gr Water
St Johns Wort Herb
Tea was made with the St Johns Wort Herb was and the water. The used herb was then
also put into the soap.
EO Mix is made up of:
27gr Grapefruit, 24gr Ylang Ylang, 17gr Bergamot, 15gr Star Anise, 9gr Lavender.
Note: I made this soap up as Rosannes was lost enroute... I didn't have any palm oil, so I
subbed hydrogenated canola for the rapeseed & palm oil amounts.... I made up one
recipe (both recipes together), and used 500 g water, 100 gr aloe juice, no tea from the
St John's wort, and used powdered parsley for the swirl.
